For when the chill turns to drizzle, you 'll be thankful for the Welham 's water-repellent coating, as well as its hood with toggle adjusters that 'll keep your neck and head lovely and warm. A two-way zip opening makes the Welham easy to put on and take off, while the toggle adjusters on the waist give you extra warmth while also offering a flattering "inched-in" fit.
